Fantasy Yarn

Not satisfied

Would not recommend this yarn. Went in looking for Sugar N Cream, found out Crafter's Secret is the replacement. Loved the colors to choose from! Started a crochet project…knew within the first few chains it was no good. Strands unravel. Not good.

Not suitable yarn at any price

Colors are very nice and bright. Yarn does not knit well. Separates too easily. Yarn is too harsh and scratchy for projects. I will go to another store and find Sugar and Cream for my projects.

not what I was expecting

Skeins are a LOT smaller than I thought they would be. I love the colors which are more of purples and greens than pinks and greens like pictured. We will see what I will be able to make with 3 skeins.

Great Colors

The colors are super vibrant, and the yarn looks great in a finished project. I use this yarn specifically for amigurumi. I will say that the ply does tend to separate easily, and if that is something you find hard to work with I would skip this yarn.

Do not like this product

Do not like this thread. It separates, and is hard to crochet. Will not buy it again. Does not meet Sugar and Cream's standards. It is more expensive also.

Disappointed

Loved the colors. One of mine was spliced in the first 1/4 of the ball. Splits easy and is very rough. I wouldn't recommend it.

Worked perfect for my use

I bought crafteR's secret in lieu of s&c because the color I was looking for was not in stock in s&c. I crocheted baby booties out of the crafter's secret. Although the 4 strands separated easy, it was easy to work with & perfect for my project.

Love this yarn

Yes, this yarn does tend to separate, but it is not difficult to crochet with. I find that it produces a more high quality looking product that SugarNCream which tends to look thick and bulky. This yarn is a nice blend of softness and durability.
