No printed pattern
On one of the items I ordered as a Christmas gift which was a latch hook kit of two cats did not have a printed pattern on the canvas in order to follow for the latch hook art craft. It came completely blank. I’m not happy with this order
Not enough orange yarn
The kit did not contain enough of the dark orange yarn to complete the pattern.

Not enough yarn in kit to complete design. Very frustrating. There wasn't a picture stamped on it.

Cat latch hook kit
Don't buy this kit. There is not enough orange yarn and hobby lobby won't do anything about it.
Yarn is short
Not enough Marigold nor orange yarn to complete the orange tabby cat. Called the Company and they want you to take pictures, count each little square of yarn you are short, and about 5 other tedious things. WOW. Poor customer service. Don't purchase this.

I was making this as a gift and I'm not even half way through the kit and I'm already out of orange but I have extra brown and black

I'm on my 2nd latchhook kit with dark orange, and still not enough. This company needs to fix the problem.

Didn’t send enough yarn, no response when I contacted the company. The pattern is also very thin and you can see through the canvas. Wouldn’t recommend this brand.
