What I disliked about llama pattern
I don't think that the directions are really clear enough or thorough enough. The directions don't show where the ears, nose etc are supposed to be placed.
Very CUTE
I made this little stuffie and it came out really CUTE. THE HEAD AND BODY are all one piece…which I loved. It is not for a beginner but if you have made a few amigurumi animals before you will love this pattern.
So disappointed
There wasn’t even enough brown yarn for me to finish the llama. Now I have to go buy extra if I want to finish it
better instructions
It looks really cool and everything there but the box says easy to follow instructions but It's son hard If there were a few more pictures of how each step was going to turn out I would be so much better
Easier instructions
As a beginner, I thought this kit would be something I could figure out and begin my crocheting hobby. The box said “easy to follow” instructions, so I thought I’d be able to easily learn by that. I didn’t understand half of what they were telling me.
Not enough yarn
There is not enough brown yarn. I do like the pattern so that is the reason for 2 stars and my gauge was spot on if not even tighter than what the instructions said. I only got half of 1 leg. Come on.
Bad kits
I tried several of these kits. EVERY KIT HAS HAD MULTIPLE MISTAKES IN THE PATTERN. Some have had the color codes wrong, others have had completely wrong stitch counts based on the instructions. Save your money.
Disappointing
This is the second kit I have purchased, and both of them did not have enough yarn to finish. I ended up paying $5.00 for more taupe yarn that came close to the color I needed. Really defeats the purpose of buying a kit.
Bad quality
The quality of the yarn was horrible the yarn was greasy it stung the hook was flimsy and there was not enough supplies like add more
Another great Needles Creations kit
I’ve done a number of these kits and have had no problems. I found this pattern easy to follow and loved that the head, neck, and body were one piece. My finished piece looked exactly like the picture! I’m a beginner + crocheter
