love this paint!
I use a lot of Tulip products from dyes to fabric paints, but I really loved this glitter paint. I used it to paint some felt for a project, and it really reinforced the fabric, and went on evenly!
Horrible
I wish I could attach a picture to show that this glitter paint is terrible! It has a white base, so when it dries, it's not a bright vibrant color. It's more opaque with a little bit of colored glitter mixed in. The black looks opaque grey when dry
