Does not stay
I followed the instructions and it cut, weeded, ironed-on, and puffed BEAUTIFULLY! However, the very first time I washed it, all of the letters peeled right off. I got one wear out of it.
So disappointed
My daughter was so excited to use this vinyl. Puffed up perfectly and the color changing was so fun. BUT the first time we washed it (inside out) every single letter came off. Such a bummer. I guess don’t use on anything that will be washed.

I was worried after reading others reviews because of how much I loved how this turned out. 1. Pre wash your shirt 2. Follow temp and pressing instructions 3. Wait 24 hours or more before washing. Wash inside out on cold & air dry!
