Better than the old one
Definitely better than the old one they carried which was very shallow. The spoon is wide and deep so you can fit lots of different colored wax beads for custom seal colors. The warmer and spoon look cute on display on my desk.
Candle Blows Out
The candle flame does not have enough distance from the wax spoon…so the candle blows out.
Completely non-functional/Should pull-off shelves
As beautiful as this set is, it is unusable because setting the spoon on the tealight candle puts out the flame. Very poor design.
Holder Must be Elevated
The bowl holder must be elevated by using something like wooden dowels or large diameter pencils so that tea candle flame is not extinguished by the wax bowl. I permanently attached wooden 3/8" dowels to the stand bottom on parallel sides; NP now. :
Poorly made
Needed something for wax seals on wedding invites. Metal piece doesn’t fit at all and I had to blow out the candle and let it cool down several times because the whole thing overheats quickly and I was worried it would catch fire.
