Poorly written instruction that was made by someone whose first language is obviously not English. Even after I managed to put it together the result is nothing like what's advertised in photo
Clear balloon with lights
Its hard to shape these balloons as you are inflating them "per" the instructions. So it turns out an oval shape, instead of a round shape. The quality of the balloon seems as if it will hold up. Instructions are not very clear.
Absolute Nonsense
The balloons are much too small, the sticks are too big, and the led lights need a glue dot to keep them in place which are not even included. The lights you wrap around it don't stay put. A very ill-conceived idea. Cheap is the word. Bad!
Outside the box
Best advice is throw the instructions away, nothing worked the way advertised. Balloons with helium not strong enough to hold up straight. I did my own thing and wrapped lights around outside of ball and hung from ceiling tiles.
