Hole 🕳 In Balloon 🎈
We purchased this balloon to go with our dairy display for Special Olympics Health Promotions, and when we went to fill it up, it had a hole 🕳 in it and was leaking helium. Will be returning it and hopefully get one that is able to hold helium in it
Wouldn’t float with helium
We purchased this and had it filled with helium. It would not stay afloat. Saddest upside down cow ever.
