For all the years I’ve been baking, I have never owned a real sifter! I had to put flour and powdered sugar through a wire mesh strainer and grind it out with a spoon. I am so thrilled with this and cannot wait to make something❤️
Broken
I was so excited to use this to making my sifting life easier, but it broke so easily and so fast. For it not to be a waste, I took out the rotating plate.

Don’t waste your time or money!! I gave it 1 star only because I had to to leave feedback. Broke the first time I used it and it was powdered sugar.

Sticks
After using it for the first time to sift flour and cocoa powder I did not wash it and just knocked the last particles out before using it to make my buttercream frosting. Trying trying to make my frosting the mechanism kept sticking and wouldn’t sift
Terrible
I bought this to use for confectioners sugar. It didn’t do anything but clog the whole thing. Very hard to wash. Just don’t waste your money.
