Price is overrated
The strips would not stay around the pan. The metal pin did not hold the strip.

had no problems getting the strips to stay with enclosed needles but cake still rose in the middle
Baking Strips
The strips worked perfectly! I had no domes on my 14" and 10" cakes. It was a little difficult to push the pins through the strips. I suggest the manufacturer consider using something else to keep the strips in place.
Nope.
These were very difficult to pin around my pans; they burned a little and were difficult to keep in place. I just bought a different brand on Amazon.
Wokred like a charm!
I bought these several months ago but just recently had occasion to use them twice in one week. Cakes came out beautifully even with no dome. Pins were a bit tricky, maybe use sturdier T Pihs from macrame supply?
No no no no no
Returned because they were bad quality. The fabric that lines the inside of the strips and comes into contact with the cake pan left some sort of weird residue behind. Also, they didn’t seem to fully absorb water and were 100% dry after baking.
Love them
My cakes turn out beautifully with the edges as moist & lovely as the center. You can now find the strips with velcro which is so much easier to use. Instead of throwing these away I bought heat-resistant velcro and sewed it on. Perfect!
Do not get! Caught Fire
I usually get the Wilton brand of baking strips but these were on sale I got them from hobby lobby. I soaked them for about 10 min and rung out the water. They caught fire in my oven!
Baking strips
I bought those baking strip, I use every week. They work perfect. The pin work well, you need to push it on the opposite direction of the strip to hold it in place. They go yellow with the time.
Problem Using
I tried these for the firat time on 2 8 in cake pans. and they did reduce the hump in the middle. When I tried to frost the sides the sides of the cake pulled away, What did I do wrong.
