Love these pans
I bake bread to sell at my local farmers market in the summer. I can fit 6 artisan style loaves on these pans. I have been using them for years and have not had any issues with them. I currently own about 12 of them.
Dacquoise stuck
I bought two because of the deal 50% for all baking stuff. When I used them, I placed wax paper. Unfortunately, despite the wax paper, all my dacquoise got severely stuck. Every cookie went to waste because attempting to remove them just cracked each one.
Buyer beware
I have used these for awhile, always with parchment paper. Today I baked directly on the pan for the first time, and the non-stick coating came off and stuck to every item on the tray. So unsafe!!
Great cookie pan!
I have used these with parchment and without and everything comes out perfectly. I have an in home bakery, so they get used a ton!
Okay if in a pinch
These pans are good for about the first very few uses. I bake bread with these and normally, I always double pan, however, these overheat, so I have to stack 3 pans at once. They always warp and pop in the oven too, even at 325 degrees.
