Buttercream icing bled thru
The only reason it gets 1 star is that it's sturdy. The buttercream icing I used bled thru and left stains on the board. It fanned out around the cake and looked like a grease stain. There were 6 in the pack and I don't want to use the rest of them
Great boards
Strong, heavy duty cake board. I had not problems with them. They wash up well. The left over boards were cut up and used for craft projects.
Not sturdy
These boards are not sturdy enough to transport cakes.
great when used right
These boards are meant to be stacked and wrapped. Stacking gives more stability, I tape 3 together, and wrapping them makes them "grease proof".
These perform as expected when used properly.
Perfect
The 10x14 size is perfect for my project. I actually use them to fold fabric onto for sewing. To buy the same exact product from a sewing website costs $4.00 for one board! When they are 40% off I can get them for less than $1.00 for one board!
