Standard Couplers

The coupler slips into the bag and out the corner that you cut off, then your tip of choice (not included) slips over the coupler. Use a coupler rings to keep it all together. It's quick, easy, and secure!

doesn't work with their tips
I guess i'm confused. bought the tip, bag, couplers. the tips are huge, couplers didn't come with securing rings…all from same co. tips are too big for couplers.
Their own products aren't compatible
Bought the couplers, tip, bags from the brick and mortar store. All right next to each other. All from the same company. All have similar labels. None work together. No instructions. No comparability tables. So what works with these?
