Can’t add my picture
How do you open the frame to add your photo without breaking the glass or the frame?
Beautiful!
It was hard at first to figure out how to insert your photo, you have to take out the foam pieces on the back edges of the frame and then slide out both glass pieces. We taped our photo on the back so it wouldn’t shift and then put the foam back in. Love!

So easy and is stunningly beautiful
Super easy to open- just remove the foam to release the glass. I put my pressed flowers in these. I wish I could add a picture because it is just beautiful! I'm definitely buying more!

Floating Glass frame, how to open it!
I love this frame, but I could Not figure out how to open it! Thanks to reading the comments on here I saw that there’s foam on the inside edges holding the glass in place!

This picture frame is very beautiful but thank goodness that people wrote reviews on how to open the frame I think it needs to come with instructions.
Will not open
Bought multiple of these for a wedding, cannot get them open. Even after taking them back to the store and asking the employees, we still could not figrue it out. Frustrating!!!
Need instructions
How hard can it be to put instructions on this frame? Beautiful frame, but it took reading the reviews to learn how to open. Instructions: remove foam inserts along three edges.

Ridiculous! No instructions, really? Read reviews by others to find out remove foam from corners of frame. Guess what? My frame didn’t have any foam!! Will be going back!!
