Poor Hardware
Just got this shelf in and my husband is having a difficult time using the hardware it came with. It is not sufficient. Will have to go to a hardware store to find sturdier brackets. Frustrating.
Pretty but non-functional
I purchased this shelf as it was a perfect match to the wood in our bedroom. We hung up the shelf only to find that the way it is built makes it hang at a downward slant…not helpful to actually keep things on it. Had to return it to the store.
Awful hanging
The shelf itself is beautiful. The shelf however slants downward and the hardware is awful. I attempted 3 other ways to hang this, using different methods and all of them ended with the same result. I'm super bummed about it.
Very pretty!
Not quite sure why this has gotten so many bad reviews.Two of these shelves were hung within half an hour, no problem.Mine hang perfectly flush with the wash.However, I would not recommend putting a lot of heavy items on it.I love mine & they look great!

This is a very pretty shelf and I'm sure it may be useful if you have magical hardware to hang it with that accounts for the forward slant and bracket that is too shallow to be useful.

I don't know why other people had problems with it slanting forward. Mine is completely straight and flush to the wall. It looks beautiful and I just adore it.

My husband put it up with the brackets it came with. No problem. I wouldn’t recommend putting to many things on it or heavy things. Besides that it’s a great buy.
Beautiful and no problems
This shelf is gorgeous in my bathroom. We used wall anchors and screws in the walls and have some pretty heavy items on the shelf and have had no problems at all. I'm getting two more for my living room. Love it!
Beautiful Shelf
I bought this to display my favorite collection of Jane Austen and Bronte sisters books and two fashion figurines I own for my bedroom. No trouble installing with included hardware and sits flush against the wall with no slanting.
