My birch tree lights keep flashing. Not sure if it’s fixable. Any ideas?

I Got the medium size tree last year and so wanted the small one have been waiting so long for them to come back in stock they must be a fall item saw the other day they were back in the store again can't wait till I get another they are so lovely!!

Bought myself one last month. My daughter-in-law liked it so much I bought her one for Christmas. Of course they were on sale which helped a lot. Delightful little birch tree with tiny lights. So pretty!

Bought my tree a year ago. Absolutely love it. I have it in my living room. My issue is that the lights are getting dimmer and dimmer. Is there a way to change the lights?
