Needs Instructions
Would earn another star if they had included instructions. Here's the trick: remove the 2 screws from the back; turn the frame over; the front portion of the frame will fold back along the top edge.
Poorly Designed
Glass backing can only be removed by sliding out of one side. The space to slide it through is very narrow and cannot hold anything thick between. Two corners of the glass broke as I tried to carefully slide it back through.
