5 x 7 frame 1377761
I guess they would call it a floating picture because there is glass on both sides, I found I could not get the back piece of glass out to put my picture in. Yes, I did take the foam out before I tried to get the glass out. It broke so I’m returning it.
So how exactly do you get the picture in?
The double layer of glass appears to have been glued together. Yes I took out the foam strips. Poorly made
Beautiful Frame
I purchased two of these frames in store and had no issues with getting the frames apart to add my pictures. They look very high end especially for the price.
Can't get picture in!
Bought in store and came to the website looking for answers on how to put the picture in. Looks like both glass pieces are glued! I don't want to break it, so I'll be returning it for another one.
How to open?
As beautiful as this frame is, unfortunately I am unable to open it. I love a response if anyone knows how to open it. Otherwise I will have to return it.
Loved this but doesn’t work for me
Had trouble getting it to stand up on wood fireplace. The 2 pcs of glass are too heavy for the back stand. . I will be returning it
I love this frame!
I struggled at first with opening it and thought wow, what a waste of money. However, I decided to take the foam strips out and it opened! I placed my picture in the frame and put the foam strips back in and wow! It looks so good!
can’t open
really cute but can’t get it open even after removing the foam
Finally got it!
I thought I was crazy. I couldn't get the darn thing opened. I came and read the reviews to see what others did. Removing all 3 foam pieces worked. The glass slid right out. At first I only removed 2 and it didn't budge, you have to remove all 3.
take out the foam things
Couldn't figure out how to open. My husband took out the foam inserts and the glass slid right out! Worked like a charm! Not sure how the person below was able to but best of luck! Looks great with the photo
