You have to use an electric balloon pump to get these to full size and round. These were amazing, exactly as pictured. Amazing items for such a low price.

Perfect for any occasion!
The balloon is just as advertised! To inflate it to the size you want you need a balloon machine.if you’re trying to inflate them with your mouth or hand pump it won’t work as well as electric one.I had fun creating this balloon with a rose for my mom.
Horrible
These balloons were awful. There wasn’t clear instructions, the balloons would not stay inflated no matter how tight you tied them off. The ones that did stay inflated were pretty but way too much work for the end result.
Great Value!!
This is an amazing value for the price! Make note: ELECTRIC PUMP NEEDED TO GET TO FULL SIZE. It is pvc material so it is a bit harder to tie the knot but not a big deal. The fairy light was 3 inches short but I still wouldn't change my rating.
Exactly what I needed
I use these for my daughter's 21st birthday and they were exactly what my decor needed. I added balloons inside one and created a hot air balloon. Every time I'm in Hobby Lobby I grab these to have as back up for my balloon business.
Cheap and irritating
Does not come with hand pump, don't stay inflated. Hard to work with. I don't have time to keep blowing these up during the event. Spend your money and time on something better.
