Very disappointed!!

The gold strand keeps breaking off and bunching up above the needle leaving nothing but a single thread of cream going through the needle. I started with a brand new 80/12 needle, as is suggested when working with metallic thread not it’s not helping.

Iridescent Thread

I have had the exact same issue with the Iridescent thread as "Meg" (previous reviewer) had with the Gold thread. In my opinion, this thread should not be used with a sewing machine. However, all is not lost as it is absolutely perfect for cross stitch!

Black and gold thread

So I do love it made my project stand out. Pros Works good for hand stitching works well with yellow and black .Cons you have to treat the tread like a child who is extremely,tender headed. It gets tangled so easily an tears You have be obnoxiously gentle

All metallic thread

Pro the color is spot on makes projects pop. Great for hand stitching. Con tangles by looking at it brakes easily thin and I do not recommended for sewing machines.

Metallic Wrap Thread.

I love this thread for machine embroidery. I do use a top stitch needle because they have a larger eye which reduces friction on the thread. I do not have trouble with breakage at all.
