All Purpose Cotton Thread

This is the most absolute worst thread I have ever worked with. My recommendation is to not buy this thread.

I love the 100% cotton thread and the colors I just with there were more colors in the 100% cotton. I've never had a problem with it when sewing.

My experience was good until the thread was used by about 2/3 's. Then it started breaking but the issue was not the thread, it is how it's wound on the spool.Started GRABING Had to baby it to finish the project by unwinding manually.

This was the only all-purpose sewing thread available at my hobby lobby store so I bought it. I’ll drive out of my way to Joanne for thread before I’ll use this brand again. Breaks, tangles, comes unthreaded out of the machine.

I have used the 100% Cotton Sewology thread on various sewing and quilting projects without any difficulty with the thread. It is a cross-wound thread so a thread stand is necessary to ensure it unwinds from the spool correctly when sewing.

The larger size spools seem to do better but they were out of my color so I was forced to get two smalls and they were both horrible. Tried another thread and it worked fine so I know it was the thread for sure. I won't buy thread from Hobby Lobby again.

I don't know why Hobby Lobby carries such awful thread. This thread is so horrible. It knots up when trying to hand sew and it is horrible for my expensive machine. Wal-Mart thread is way better than this crap!

I am a quilter and I spend hours piecing, assembling pieced units, and free motion quilting. I have used this cross wound thread for years. It must be mounted on a vertical thread holder or a thread stand which has a vertical spindle.

Used this to thread free motion quilt and had no problems at all. I typical use Aurafil thread, but didn’t have the right color. I did use a vertical thread stand which likely would prevent breaking issues that others have had.
