Disappears too quickly!
I bought this pen to transfer a needlework design to my fabric. The ink disappeared too quickly -- within just moments. It didn't stay visible long enough for me to work with it. A waste of money.
Stained aida cloth
I used this to mark the edges of my cross stitch. The marker disappeared quickly but not totally. When I went clean the fabric it became visible and would not come off the fabric. When I used bleach to remove the stain it turned black. Do not use on aida.
They should pay us to take it off thier hands!
I live in the high desert, with extremely low humidity. I'm lucky if the mark lasts a few seconds after making it, except on one fine cotton where it bonded and faded to make a grey permanent mark. i usually mark and sew natural fabrics.
A waste of money
Didn't even make a mark in any type of fabric. What little marking it makes it disappears in a split second. So disappointing!
Disappears WAY too fast
Hobby Lobby really should stop selling this. Ink is invisible in less than a couple of minutes. I’m too lazy to return it, so I’m using it to pre-draw freestyle embroidery design then immediately going over it with a ball point pen when I know it’s good.
Useless
Absolutely unable to use this pen. Got it to mark fabric for cat toys. My little template is only 2x3" and before I was even half done marking the 2nd piece I noticed the lines starting to fade. Cutting them out was impossible. My pieces aren't even big.
Pink Disappearing Ink Pen
It does not deserve even one star. It made a nice thin line and that is what I bought it for but the line disappeared in less than a minute so was of no value. What happened to the 24 hours they advertised. Don't even take it if it is free.
Disappointing
I didn't mind how fast this pen's ink faded though it is VERY fast, but my pen stopped working completely after only 2 or 3 short uses.
