200-Count Extra Fine Glass Head Pins
These pins are fine for sewing a light garments. For quilting and heavy fabric, they bend. I will not buy the again. I am a quilter.
Glass head pins I’m in love
These are so wonderful The glass doesn’t melt if you iron over them They are fine for garments and extra careful fabrics like chiffon. Just lovely to see with
Awfull
These pins ate dull. May work for loose weave fabrics but not good for multiple layers with batting when quilting.
Awful
Very bad quality they’re not smooth very hard and uncomfortable to use
Glass head pins Sewology
I like these pins for use on thin fabrics. The pins are long, and thin, allowing you to pin and sew in tight small spaces. Also wonderful in that they will not melt over a hot iron. The description is misleading —they are NOT for quilting!
Good pins
I purchased these a few of months ago, have been happy with them. They are sharp, I like the length. The heads don't fall off like some brands. I use them for sewing, not quilting. I'm not a quilter so I can't say how they'd work for that.
Too thin to work without bending
I specifically bought these pins because they were glass headed so that I could use them to pin & iron hems. For that they worked well. However, with lightweight flannel I had some of these supposedly sharp pins snag on the fabric, others bent.
