Pretty good
This is a good cement product. I used it on a Stuka Tank destroyer and it came out well, would recommend if there is no more Tamiya clear cement at your hobby lobby.

Worthless on plastic model Even smallest parts are difficult to glue together. I've never used such a worthless glue in twenty years of model building.
Works well
Works well for gunpla. Works by melting the plastic, weilding the two pieces together. Great for hiding the seam line between two pieces. Don't use it on any place that it might melt the detail or small pieces that distort the shape. Not super glue!
