As it has been stated. Can’t use all the drill bits provided. Pretty useless if you want to make super small drills

Works great!
This pin vise works fine. Reviews that say it doesn't work with all of the bits is not exactly true. You need to change the collet, stored in the shaft, to fit the smaller bits. This vice comes with 2-double ended collets, giving you 4 total collets.
Pin Vise Collet Instructions
As stated, this comes with 4 double ended collects. It's not apparent, but all you have to do is tug on each head fairly hard to separate it from the middle shaft. Then just screw everything back into place!
Great Tool - Read the Directions
The negative reviews misunderstood how to use this. The shaft unscrews in 2 places, inside are 2 double-ended collets. Pick one that fits the bit you're using. This is printed on the card in the packaging, but it's not obvious the shaft opens in 2 spots.

All the drill bits DO FIT! Read the Instructions. It has a two different size collets to hold the bits. All you need to do is "Simply unscrew the shaft to choose a collet"

Further clarification
Even after reading the rest of the comments, it wasn't clear how to get out the collet that's in the vise as purchased. The answer? You really force it out. Pull as hard as you can while twisting a little. Vise is fine, but a diagram is needed on package.
