P-51D Mustang Plane Steel Model Kit
P-51D Mustang Plane is an American long-range, single-seat fighter and fighter-bomber used during World War II and the Korean War. This model was flown by Lt. Bowers of the fourth Fighter Group, 334th Squadron. It was named "Sweet Arlene" and was credited with six enemy aircraft destroyed. A lot of fun
My husband and I had a really nice time making this. You do need the right tools though. This includes needle nose players and round things.
really well
me and my sister build this it was a lot of fun i was playing with it and was crashing a lot of times i played with it but it did not break at all i love this model!!!
Tricky, but good
Builds into a realistic model of a P-51D and includes drop tanks and the landing gear can be built up or down. Needs patience and the right tools.
Horrible Experience
Pieces are tiny and brittle & after you get pieces into place it and bend tabs down, the piece comes right back undone. I have built many plastic and glue models, this is the most frustrating project I’ve ever worked on. Don’t waste your time.
