Very Poor Moldings
Excess plastic up to an inch long in some spots and lack of detail. DO NOT BUY.
1970 Camaro Z/28
The shape and dimensions are reasonably accurate but there was some flash on the body and hood. The biggest drawback to this kit is there is no option for the standard front end group as I personally don't like the RS front group on the 1970-73 Camaro.
Model for American muscle lovers!
They should produce 70-73 models also. To those complaing of flashing and extra plastic I ask are you builders or assemblers?.. trim, sand.. clean them up and make the parts work as to resemble the part and model you're building. BUY THIS MODEL!
Good kit
Good detail. Kinda fussy to get body to sit well, but worth the effort
Don’t buy
Bought this for my son and me to put together and the part numbers where so hard to read. Parts didn’t line up had to do a lot of work!
True model builders don’t cry about flash
I’m sick of that stupid comments about flash come guys are your trying to not hurt your finger nails or get any paint on your hands I love this hobby it’s in my blood if you can’t build with the big modelers try getting your nails done that’s your speed
Poor by modern standards
Lots of flash, part fit is quote poor. Takes work to get it to look decent and get the parts to fit. Good practice model, but not going to win any awards without extensive modification. Enjoyable for learning experience, poor choice for quality design
Fun Build
Quick and fun build. No figment issues at all.
Great but very tedious.
Very fun however took some work to get the parts trimmed and fitted properly. I needed clamps and rubber bands to hold the vehicle together till it dried.
No problems
Building kits since early 60s. I don't worry about flashing as I usually cut the doors and trunk open and hinge them and completely rework the body. It's a hobby. The sky's the limit.
