not bad for the price

Not a bad kit overall. Pay attention to the axle placement as you may need to take a pin vice drill to front bracket to get the correct level of the car. This will also need to happen at the front fender to mount the push bar.

Shame about the change

I built this kit previously when it was the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard. Unfortunately due to the world today Dixie was put down again so MPC had to come up with this impostor look. Real rebel decal kits are still available online

Awesome model kit

Just got done with the model a few minutes ago. No issues except rear suspension. The only reason it fit difficult is the one peice leaf spring, exhaust, and pumpkin. Ive built this kits predocessor, the General Lee, and i had the exact same issues.

Decent Build

Couple of small issues, but nothing major. Looks good when fixed.

1969 Dodge Charger R/T Model Kit

Been building models for a very long time i have had some pretty good models and some bad. this model is trash engine does not line up right had to use model putty to rebuild it. the rear end is also off. body of car needs a lot of tooling done.

It's ok.. not great

the tooling of this kit is old and it shows. Body needs a LOT of sanding and chassis detail is pretty rough. My kit had a body that was twisted and I could not fix it. Round 2 sent me a new kit which was much better but you will need skill to get it right

Does NOT Include Vector Rims Despite Box Art/Text

i opened the box and found that neither set of wheels were the Vector rims the box art shows and the description states. Even the assembly instructions show the Vectors but they send you two different sets of stock looking 5-star rims.

Built 2 of them

Each one I did came out great. Thinking about a third in making it a pro stocker. I noticed there is a cut out on the hood to stick velocity stacks through.

Old Dukes model

Wanted it only cause I knew it was but body an some didn't fit together as flush as I expected, some parts of body had a lot of flashing to sand off and spots on one side missising plastic and didn't line up with the front and back bumpers
