This Sucks
I got mine and it was missing a few pieces and it doesn’t Even go together well. This Sucks, its a complete WASTE of money. I do NOT recommend.
Great model!
Lots of pieces- goes together quite well. Not sure about other review(s)…great experience for novice to intermediate model kit builders. Also, it’s worth mentioning AMT has a few other Camaro versions available in this scale…so lots of options.
Mostly accurate
This kit is of the deluxe option, skill lvl 2 does not include some parts for an accurate model. Went together well, little flashing and sanding however, the white stripe decals are translucent, so they didn't do well on the dark color. Fun kit to build.
Not great
I've built a lot of model cars, this is probably the worst I've built. The pieces didn't fit together very well, and when I put the decals on, they were a mess. So, to fix the mess I ended up applying rust effects and making it look like a weathered car.
Camaro
Very disappointed. No decals for exterior emblems which makes the car look like a cheap toy rather than a model that requires many hours to build. I suppose the molds are old, I had trouble getting parts to fit properly. Do not recommend.
Awesome Camaro
Went together great, not trying to insult other reviews here because I think that everyone's opinion of building model kits is very important but I had no problems with it and added photo etch for emblems and custom stripes and a custom hood. Excellent kit
Aloha Bobby and Rose
Have three of these models. 2 stone stock and 3rd one with side pipes. Bought a fourth one and gonna make it like the movie Aloha Bobby and Rose with those side pipes.
Really nice kit
Plenty of options. Goes together easy and not a lot of flash if that troubles you.
I just bought this kit
I saved $11.20 at 40% off and it's a good thing cuz the reviews aren't very good. You would think the Cragar wheels would be chrome as shown on the box! And wider tires for the blower would be nice. I am glad it comes with headers.
