Not a good quality
I purchased this car, and the molds were so far off, i basically had to trim every piece to fit it right. Was not pleased with the outcome.
GTO is a go!
It was a nice model, It was my first one in years. Easy to put together, instructions were clear, the parts were detailed. the only thing I wish i had was a little emory cloth or a little sander but it was not needed. 10/10 I would recommend.
The worst model kit ever
Very poor quality plastic. Missing parts. Do not recommend buying this waste of money
So So!
First model kit in 20+ years. I found it to be easy enough to assemble as a beginner level. Some the pieces didn't fit as advertised. I had to use clamps to secure the front grill to the car body. Be sure to have touch up chrome paint. Poor moldings.
GTOGOAT
Missing parts bad molding! Waste of money!
Why you take my review off
Nice model I got other kits but it’s nice and the flash was not bad it’s part of the modeling hobby I’m happy you guys are punching these out for all of us thank you
This old-timer's faults can be overcome
IMO The 67 GTO body is the best part of this kit but will need clean up for accuracy. It will take patience to make everything fit and sit right on this one but it is still a good example. Best for experienced modelers .
Not enough detail.
As compared to another kit that I just finished, I was disappointed with the detail under the hood. No hoses the radiator for instance. I prefer AMT over MPC and will purchase that brand going forward. Also too much extra plastic on small parts.
on number 5
~this kit is a piece of cake in building and painting it~I am on number 5 and made the last two into dragsters~the one I am building soon is gonna have super huge drag slicks with a big ol' parachute I got from an AMT 1963 Corvette build~turnin' out cool~
Bought 4 of these
Bought 4 of them. Last one I bought became a full blown 389 cu in engine pro stock dragster painted in red with white interior. Drag flicks are M and H with Crager mags. Looks fast and cool.
