A fun kit.
This is a unique model kit since models of the P-61 are rare. It is a highly detailed kit and fun to build.

you will encounter lots of problems with the glass.

Hello, I'm here to say that this model kit is very unique it has varieties of parts and is fun to show off, and play with. I would definitely recommend getting this model kit.

Not for beginners
This models is excellent for avid model builders. It is NOT for beginners. Each piece requires lots of sanding and re-molding to fit. Glass pieces will give you problems. It could take more than 5-8 hours just to put model together.
Challenging
Skill level 5 model, so it will be challenging for the novice assembler. I've been building models since age 8, and I had a few issues with this one. The open inspection engine nacelle would not fit correctly into the housing and the canopy was difficult.
No beginners if skill 5!
Check your stores if you can! My store had a skill 5 mixed in with skill 2. Big difference in that you get more parts that are also challenging parts. Idk if they ship skills randomly so if you don't want it to be real hard, make sure you get a skill 2!!!
Ancient
This is a very old kit that has been released MANY times. Lots of fit issues and just poor quality. If you want a simple sub par kit then this is the one to get! If you want a fantastic kit then look at the Hobbyboss 1/32 P-61
fun challenge
This is a challenging model to build, (level 5) but worth the effort. Take your time and enjoy the journey.
Lady in the Dark
It's a good kit but it is not for beginning modelers. The fit of the larger parts is good but a little sanding will make it better. I went with aftermarket decals for Cooper's Snooper.
