What size are these?
Why does Holly Lobby not offer snap setters for the 9/16" snaps? Bought sets of that size and there's no way to attach them. That's why the antique ones got 1 star reviews .
Why are these so expensive?
They don't work
These snaps don't seem to work correctly. The posts are too long for normal sheets of leather

These don’t work! I tried to get them to snap but they won’t fit together. I spent over an hour and couldn’t get one to work
Don’t work!
Tried these on leather. The first one wouldn’t snap so I tried again thinking that one might have been faulty. It didn’t snap either. I tried in a different material and still couldn’t get to snap. Really aggravated I wasted my money on these!
Low quality
The posts aren't trimmed evenly, so they don't curl down and set evenly. You get wonky, misaligned settings. And half the buttons don't snap securely anyway.
$9 for this garbage in store
The dome cap studs are to long and not properly supported. The hammer tool doesn't have a collar. Posts all bend and deform during installation. Do not bother with leather working supplies, at all, from hobby lobby.
Just don't.
These are junk. The tool isn't the proper size to bend the stems correctly. If you do manage to secure them, once pressed together the individual pairs tear apart. They almost ruined my handmade leather wallet. Stick with a better brand.
Horrible snaps
Just wasted $9 on these snaps- they do not secure. Buy elsewhere. Very disappointing as a loyal HL customer.
