Advertised for 12m+. My daughter was gifted this for her first birthday. The top ice cream piece is small enough and fit perfectly in her mouth, but big enough that it was incredibly hard to get out. I had to dig it out from her mouth. Very scary.
Love this!
Bought this for my daughter and she LOVES it! Has played with it since she was 10 months old. And it keeps her attention for a solid 15 minutes. One of the best whim purchases I’ve made!
