The pen worked really well for about 30 minutes and then it dimmed and never would go back to the 100% brightness. New batteries did nothing.

Wax doesn't go or stay in stylus and the tips are chewed up and don't fit on the stylus

Used for 2 hours and started to dim. Attempted to replace batteries but it was impossible. No instructions came with the pen so I had to Google it. Could not find a small enough Phillips screwdriver to do the job.
