Super Hi-Shine Clear Acrylic Sealer-Love IT!!!!!
Had an old metal chair. Painted it with a bottle of folk art paint and once dried, I sprayed on Modge Podge Super Acrylic Sealer. (I sprayed outside on the driveway.) It turned out beautifully! It is as shiny as a new car paint would shine. I love it!!!!
Not great
After trying a brush on finish that had a million bubbles in the finish, I bought this to apply a high shine to my project. The air flow was sputtering then smooth and sputtered again. Ruined my project has to start over.
Spray on EVA foam after painting
Sprayed this on painted EVA foam for a costume and it cane out great

Not sure if they changed their formula and I had an old bottle but the bottle that didn't have the ball in it worked wonderfully BUT the one with the ball completely ruined my work. Like a previous reviewer stated it bubbled into millions of micro bubbles
Don't buy!
Sprayed on like the consistency of silly string. Thanks for ruining my $500 leather bag I was trying to restore.! -.-

Even after shaking for exactly the amount of time it says and shaking between, it comes out like silly string, missing areas, tiny bubbling in others. Really love the shine though but not worth the price or using on something important.

but it ruined my project. It sat for 2 days drying before being sent out and the painting still arrived damaged. I suppose the “stays flexible” statement on the back of the can makes sense. It may be dry BUT…
No good
Bubbles, inconsistent string spray
Even after shaking for exactly the amount of time it says and shaking between, it comes out like silly string, missing areas, tiny bubbling in others. It has ruined several expensive craft projects that I have worked hours on. Had no problem in 2018.
there is a fix!!!
the stringiness is an issue for sure but if you heat up water to almost a boil pull off the heat and set your can in it for about five to ten min before shaking and using it comes out perfect. this is a trick for any spray paint or sealer by the way.
Ruined my wood project too!
I tried to use this product to seal wooden canister lids I'd so carefully stained. Some areas are high gloss, half of each lid is bubbly. Spray came out uneven, stringy, and bubbled as it landed. I'd hoped it would look better after it dried, but no.
