Vermont Farmhouse Jr. Dollhouse Kit has a beautiful front porch and gable dormer in the roof which provides extra decorating room.

Sturdy Construction features 3/8" thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability

Classic features include:

3/8" thick upper floors
Fully assembled railings and front door (with interior trim)
Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8" thick
Raised panel shutters
Expertly molded railings and porch posts
Flower boxes
Staircase
Wooden shingles for the roof
Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings

The dollhouse kit includes easy-to-follow, step by step assembly instructions with expertly drafted illustrations.

The dollhouse is 1:12 scale.

MOSTLY PARTICAL BOARD! NOT ALL WOOD CONSTRUCTION !

I bought this as a gift for my niece. Was under the impression it was an all wood construction. Opened the box , nearly everything is made of particle board. I've had a particle board bathroom vanity and it was CRAP ! It does not last !

Great dollhouse!!

Have done 3 dollhouse in the past but this one is beautifully made! Even has hardwood floors! Good instructions, a little bit of work but I am enjoying it. The finished product will be well worth it! Best dollhouse I have ever made.

Got as a gift
