Star Border Stencil
Make sure your little stars twinkle. Star Border Stencil features two styles of star borders. One features three interspersed rows of small stars and the other style features a row alternating with little and big stars. This stencil can be used with acrylic or latex paints, spray paints, stains, chalks and inks.
