Love this shea butter soap!
I got this 5 pound block of shea butter soap for Christmas. I had so much fun making decorative soap bars and rectangular bars from this. It lathers up well.
Terrible!
If you've ever made cold process soap or used higher quality brands of melt and pour then don't even bother trying to work with this. It continuously turned into slime before it was ever a good, pourable temperature.

Easy to costomize and won't dry-out your hands
Bought this to make soaps for Christmas gifts and it worked great. Aside from being easy to customize, your hands won't be left dry from using it.
Have a hard time melting
Out of all the Shea butter bases I’ve used this one has melted the worst. It stays really thick and doesn’t pour nice. Also really clumpy no matter how small I cut the cubes into. The block itself seems dry.
Hard to work with
I could not get past the first step of melting it. I wasted several pounds microwaving it as instructed. I tried high and low power, long and short times. It just stayed mostly goopy and only tiny bits melted. It sets up too fast.
