Very soft and moldable
I love how soft it is it is very easy to mold for my project I was using it for it is very stretchy if I want to make a line of clay with darts in it like a caterpillar or something.
Way too sticky unable to use
Opened canister to find a sticky mess. Not a soft formable clay. Hoping hobby lobby will allow a return.
Not impressed
This is sticky right out of the tub. I let it dry alittle and I was able to sculpt it. Unfortunately, it doesn't blend well with pva foam sheets. I was hoping to hide the seams and add some details to a mask but it doesn't sand well.
AMAZING
Easiest to sculpt foam out there 10/10 is sticky but works if you keep your fingers moving
It can do a lot if you know how to use it.
This foam clay has been an ultimate resource of large scale works. The clay blends with water and can be intrinsically colored using acrylic paints and pigment powders. You can inlay foam with wire. Work in sessions.
sticky mess
I had high hopes for this, but it just stuck to my fingers. I tried working with it to see if it would stick less. It was useless I returned it.
Grows mold if not used
I had bought this for sculpting. I hadn’t used the whole tub, so when I planned on using it for a different project 5 months later it grew mold.
Excellent!
This particular brand is more tacky but if you just take a minute to fold it around in your hands and let some of the moisture evaporate it works perfectly. Plus I save a lot of money buying from here because it’s usually 40% off. It’s a great find!
Why am I just now using this?!
First, remove your jewelry! Second, use wax paper on your work surface. As others describe, it was sticky coming out of the tub but rolling it a minute completely changed it. Sticks well to EVA foam mask and really molds well. Definitely will buy more
Magic stuff!
It's wonderful. Making a mascot head think Cheese head, failed w paper mache and then found this. it looks so good! Yes, it's sticky but roll into a ball for 30 sec and it's a whole new deal. Keep double wrapped. I've had mine a year and still soft.
