Love this tree
This tree was on display in the store and they did a beautiful job. Mine looks just as fluffy and beautiful. I may get another one because my original tree is not working! I would post a picture if it was allowed!
Nice Tree
We bought this along with the 9' version & the 5' Ultra Slim Cashmere Bristol Pine. Like the larger one, this tree was quick to assemble and fluff. All the lights work and have been on 24/7 since the end of Oct. Very happy. Hope to enjoy for many years
Beautiful tree but…
On one whole section of tips the lights did not work. I called the company who makes the tree and their solution was to send me a separate string of lights. No thank you! That was unacceptable so I hoped to exchange it but Hobby Lobby was sold out.
So frustrated!
Bought this tree a couple of years ago was stunning - despite it being very difficult to connect the lights - however, we got it out to put up today and a section of the lights are out. Worked on it four four hours and even called and no one answered

I bought this tree a couple of years ago and still honestly love to tree. It is very easy to assemble and so far the lights on the tree still work for me. I really like that it’s a pre-lit tree. I recommend this tree for others.
Sections of lights out
We have had this tree for 2 years. I went to plug it in last week and 2 sections of lights are out. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

LOVED THE TREE WHEN ALL THE LIGHTS WORKED!!! NOW I HAVE TO STRING LIGHTS WHERE TWO SECTIONS DON'T LIGHT UP. SO GETTING A PRE-LITE TREE DEFEATS THE PURPOSE. ONLY HAD THE TREE TWO YEARS!!!
Lights stink!
I love the look of this tree it’s beautiful. I’ve purchased two of them. The lights only work 1-2 years then it’s dead. Very sad.
