lower quality now - didn't used to be that way
Used to be that the head was average, the plating good, & the softness was good. They changed to a headpin that had much smaller heads, but I was okay w/ that because it worked better with smaller beads. Now they have average heads, are harder, & tarnish
Where's the quality?
These tarnish shortly after opening package or any handling. Please find another manufacturer.
Jewelry box head pins
Very poor quality. Often break on the first twist. Just tried to make a pair of earrings and 4 in a row broke.
Gunmetal flakes off
With the first working of the wire, the color is flaking off. What junk.
These suck!
Do not buy these unless you want them to flake and break as soon as you bend them.
Great Product
Have bought many packages in all colors and used all of them with great results. I recommend these headpins and will continue using them, and the prices can not be beat! Thank you Hobby Lobby!
Not good
Hard to bend and often break. The local bead store has much better quality for just a few pennies more. Worth it.
Very diappointed
I don't know why they still have it in-store. They should discontinue. I am sorry for them but it ain't fair for someone like me who has a hard time finding a rose gold headpin. I didn't know this would happen before and it is too late for a refund.
Don’t buy these!!!
Hobby Lobby’s quality of their jewelry findings has dropped off the table. Don’t waste your money on the gold or the silver. The head pins are very brittle and break very easily when trying to manipulate the wire. Call HL customer service to let them know

I don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from! I've been using these for about a year now on my keychains and they're wonderful. I use the 3" and they bend great and easy to wrap beads. I will continue to use these.
