Beware! This has no backing over the locket hole so when you open it up & put the tiny stones into the locket - they fall out & are lost. There are no instructions or descriptions on how to use it. We assumed you could put the stones inside. Don’t buy.

Update on Jamie’s review: a back glass was missing from the locket. I exchanged it. The glass is not as clear as it could be & stones are very tiny.

You don't just have to use the stones. My father passed away and I have a piece of his wedding ring in the locket along with the stones of his birth month. Wonderful memorial to my dad!
