Awesome case!
This item may be new online, but I bought one in store 5 years ago and still use it. It has held up wonderfully and is worth the price. In addition to holding 48 pencils, I am able to keep a small sharpener, clay eraser, and rubber eraser in it as well.
Not just for pencils
I purchased this after years of looking for storage/organization for double-pointed knitting needles. This is PERFECT! Each section holds a set of 5 needles and it's exactly the right height.
