Basics Varnish is a permanent matte varnish that is perfect for finishing off your own personal masterpieces.  Use it to protect finished paintings from natural wear. This varnish can be mixed with Gloss Varnish to vary the final finish. It dries to a non-yellowing finish.

The perfect affordable varnish!!

This is my favorite brand for the varnish. I now have it in matte and in gloss and it's absolutely perfect! It's thin so a little goes a long way, and it just layers on so nicely. Matte or Gloss, adds a beautiful look to your paintings.
