Atrocious sharpener
I purchased this since I have several sizes of art pencils I need to sharpen. Unfortunately it sharpens none of them well since it sharpens at such a steep angle that the lead barely sticks out at the end. It has also broken off leads on pencils.
Local artist
I love this sharpener! I've had tremendous success with it! I use Caran d'Ache Luminance pencils, which feature a very soft lead, and this sharpener is finally the one to sharpen them to a lovely point without ripping chunks from the wood!
