Just bought it today and only a 20 min of using it when sharping a pencil the pencil split in two. would not recommend
Spend a little extra money
I'm new to drawing and wanted an inexpensive set to use while I learned. These pencils are very low quality. They are nearly impossible to sharpen--the leads continually break during sharpening. Spend a little more on a better quality product.
no issues so far
I've had these pencils a week, used every day, without issue. I keep them in a plastic pencil box that has been knocked to the floor (more than once - 3 boys), & I've not had an issue with breakage or splitting, etc. These are an awesome starter set!
Great Set
I have bought many sets and find this one to be superior to one that have cost 3x as much. The lead in the pencils is very good. That is the most important thing. You cannot draw will with pencils that do not have lead that delivers the values you need.
Pros and cons
Normal price WAY too expensive for the product pencils good the charcoal was okay but it was impossible to open!The erasers were terrible! The pencils were pretty smooth I will make some nice sketches with them.Please consider lowering your prices!
