Pretty meh
The colors are highly pigmented, but not very good with blending. If you blend colors of the same shade range it works fine but if you try to blend two different colors it doesn't work very well, and I even used a Prismacolor colorless blender, not great
Pretty okay
I bought these not too long ago and loved how the colors were. However I disappointed on how they just weren’t blending together well. If you do buy them, test the colors and label them. They aren’t labeled and some colors are much darker.
Awesome
I love that they give such a detailed list of items for me to buy. I bought the bullet journal and they showed detailed pictures and descriptions.
Pigment isn’t great
These pencils aren’t bad , just not great. They are better than crayola pencils. They color smooth and evenly. But the pigment isn’t great: seems much lighter than expected. I do have experience with Prismacolor so it is difficult not to compare.
Pretty Good For Beginners for Price
These pencils are harder oil based and blend well with a solvent on a thicker mixed media or water color paper. Light pressure for shading and blending and layering then using solvent for final blend. Not great for smoother thinner paper with solvents…
Solid Set of Pencils
These pencils are well made and long lasting. I have had plenty of pencils with a core that breaks and runs down with sharpening. These are the exception. The core is solid yet soft enough to lay down a nice color. Overall, very pleased with performance.
Master’Touch colored pencils
My sister just bought this beautiful set of fine art pencil. Unfortunately they were poorly handled and many of them have many fractures internally. The lead just drops out when you try to sharpen them. Really disappointed.
Not Impressed
I never had nice colored pencils so not sure how these measure up. I thought for the price they would have the color name or a number on the pencil. Nothing. There is a guide inside the lid which is nice but nothing on the pencil. Do I guess?
Nice!
I got these gifted and they are nice!
Disappointed but so glad I did not pay full price!
I saw the set of 48 on sale for 40% off at the local store. I thought, why not. I have tried them out. On Amazon paper they will do OK. They are NOT professional. No color name or number on the pencil? SHAMEFUL. Save your money.
