Love this!
Super soft and blends acrylic very well. It does shed a little but it's not too much of a problem.
Very sad
This brush shed all over my painting and for some odd reason smelled like wet dog after only one use. At least I got it on sale
Sheds
This brush sheds as you paint. My painting had so many pieces of the brush stick to it that I tossed the painting.
round 16 brush
This brush does great at blending and applying paint. it did shed a little the first time I used it. the smell was there like the other reviews had noted. I have used it three or four times now clean it after each use the smell is gone and doesn't shed.
Defective
I used this brush twice. Both times, there was significant shedding. The second time, I went to clean the brush mid painting, and the bristle head popped off. The brush blends great, but I'd like a little more usage than 1.5 paintings.
Don't buy
The brush hairs come off really quickly while you're painting. Would definitely NOT recommend.
The Smell
Never noticed the smell of the brush until it got wet. And I’ve washed it twice, I even washed it with dawn. The smell is still there. I couldn’t understand why my cat was so obsessed with it till now.
Great for Glaze
I love this brush for glazing pottery. Fills up great, delivers evenly, and washes out easily. Great brush and doesn’t kill the wallet.
White Goat Hair Mop Brush
Any natural goat hair brush will shed to some extent. Wash vigorously in your palm before use. This brush does a lovely job making soft blends and for a great price too. I think they are softer than my synthetic ones as well. I have 2 of these 20 & 16.
