Ottlite Customer Service no help, HL great.
Lamp arrived in great shape, well packed. However, I found that screw holes in neck and lamp head did not line up. Called Ottlite to get some tech help. No, told me to contact HL, not their problem. No help, phone or web. Will buy another brand from HL.
Changed review
Finally got someone at Ottlite to help. They solved the problem and were great. Took several phone calls and some patience but it was just a matter of connecting with someone who was willing to help.
Impossible to use
The hole where the screw is inserted to attache lamp head to base is misaligned. Therefore there is no connection from the head to the base and the lamp will not turn on.
