Super Soft - Highly Recommened
I got this yarn to make a cowl, and it is absolutely fantastic. The slight variation in the color is beautiful and adds so much. It is super soft and doesn’t pill. The yardage is perfect, and I highly recommend this yarn.
Delightful for lace knitting and RH weaving
Fingering-weight yarn makes delightful rigid heddle loom warp; I bought this for that use. Got it home, loved the softness, knitted up a lace swatch (fern diamonds) on 5 needles, kept going. WOWEEE! Went back for more so I can finish warping. :^D
Yarn feels nice but makes polka dots
I bought Mink to crochet a cowl. It is working up nicely and feels very soft, but every so often there are random short streaks of black in the yarn. The streaks each make about two double crochet stitches that look like polka dots and ruin the look.
New Favorite Yarn!
I love the softness of this yarn! I was expecting to receive a DK weight yarn since that's kind of in the yarn's name and all. However, I'm used to working with fingering yarn so it doesn't bother me. It works up beautifully, and I will be buying more.
Splits a ton
I'm not sure how I feel about this yarn. Maybe it's the project I'm working on (crocheting a shawl), but it just splits way too much for my liking. The color Oxblood is gorgeous and it's very soft, but I don't think I'll be buying more of this.
Best lightweight yarn!
Amazingly soft, easy to work with, colors don’t fade with washing, great for garments and shawls. Gives shawls a nice and natural looking drape. It makes your project look expensive without the cost of luxury yarn.
Great garment yarn
I purchased 2 balls of Oxblood to make the “Lady Jane” cardigan by DROPS and 4 balls of Pretty in Peacock to make the “Pure Comfort Cardigan” via Ravelry. This has become my new go-to for DK yarns for its sheen, softness, warmth, and sophisticated colors.
Love this yarn
Used this to knit up several set of mitts. The colors are gorgeous and the yarn is so soft.
Soo soft!
It’s super soft and the colors are beautiful. I’m going to agree that it is kinda knotty, I had to untangle several while balling the skein but it’s so pretty that it’s worth it!
Not a DK, but a good yarn
Fingering. Soft with decent stitch definition and good drape. It sheds though. Like little fuzzy clouds I have to pick off all the time. Found 2 knots in one skein within a few yards of each other. It can be splitty. I knit a sweater w 3 balls.
